In this Voices.Earth podcast interview we speak with Holly McCann, Whole Systems Visionary with GrailLeadership.earth, which helps leaders and organizations to bring epic visions to life, unleashing mutual thriving of people and the Earth, through embodying round-table leadership.
For organizations and companies to truly thrive in today’s world, senior leaders need re-think their entire operations in ways that help both individuals and planet Earth. At GrailLeadership.Earth, this all comes down new ways of training leaders and employees through round-table leadership.
Whether engaging in private sessions or in-group experiences, Grail Leadership takes a whole-systems approach to leadership training. The company serves as catalysts, strategists and storytellers to help co-create personal and business ideas to help ensure the thriving of people and Earth.
Grail Leadership chose to use a .Earth domain because it fully aligned with its mission to come together in wholeness with the Earth.
“For us, the domain makes perfect sense when realizing we are all in a symbiotic relationship with the planet with all of nature,” said Holly. “Having our domain be a .com was too commercial and for-profit and a .org doesn’t resonate either because it tends to be for non-profit charities. The .Earth domain was just a natural choice for us, and we are all coming together in wholeness.”
